Conversions marked as Integration reject already have the conversion status rejected inside HasOffers/ Affise / Everflow when imported.
While these are not necessarily fraudulent conversions they are unwanted and were not accepted by your platform due to various reasons such as exceeding the daily conversion cap or being employee test conversions.
