This guide explains how to set up a Platform Redirect URL Integration inside the 24Metrics AdSecurity antifraud platform. Using this integration, all offer clicks from your tracking platform will first pass through 24Metrics for fraud screening before being redirected to the advertiser’s landing page.
Note:
The setup is the same for all listed platforms, however, the example below is related with Tune HasOffers but it applies the same way for all cases:
- Tune HasOffers
- Everflow
- Affise
- Trackier
- Cake
- Swaarm
Your integration is now created.
Important Note: after the creation, the integration may need up to 20 minutes to get activated by the system. During this period, you can continue with the setup, however, the links may not work yet. This is only an expected temporary situation.
With this integration type, macro mapping is already preconfigured. There’s no need to manually map macros between 24Metrics and Tune HasOffers (e.g., Offer ID, Affiliate ID, Transaction ID, etc.).
The flow works like this:
This way, affiliates still use Tune tracking links as usual, but clicks are screened by 24Metrics before being redirected to the advertiser.
24Metrics will now generate a new tracking link. You can remove from the new tracking link the parameters that you do not use but DO NOT REMOVE THE PARAMETER &url_id=xxx.
Repeat the process for each offer you want to screen via 24Metrics AdSecurity.
Example:
https://gw2gu5xrjp.clicks.24metrics.com/jsp?external_transaction_id={transaction_id}&offer={offer_id}&publisher={affiliate_id}&url_id=68b6bc89e534342f4c594888
Now, all clicks will follow this flow:
Affiliate Link → Tune HasOffers → 24Metrics AdSecurity (fraud screening) → Advertiser Landing Page
