Will my credit card get charged during the trial period ?

  • No, we don't charge your credit card within the trial period.
  • You can test out the entire platform including all features to see if it's something you like.
  • You have the option to cancel inside the app (Organization > Billing > Subscription > Cancel Subscription) or by sending us an e-mail to support@24metrics.com


How to start the 30 day Trial ?

  • Signing up for the 30 Day Free Trial is done directly from our website.
  • Simply choose the plan that is closest to your monthly amount of conversions and click on Start 30 Day Trial Now.
  • Don't worry if the plan does not match your exact monthly conversion volume as you can change your plan at any time. If before starting the trial you require a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or have any other special requirements simply send us a message via the contact form or write us at support@24metrics.com.
  • During the sign-up process we will ask for credit card information in order to avoid duplicate sign-ups as well as make sure the interest in our platform is genuine. 
  • The Credit Card will not be charged during the free trial. We do however, perform validation checks
