How to Reset your Password

If you forgot your password, there's a quick and easy way to reset and restore the access to your account:

1. Go to the Login Page and click on Forgot Password link
2. Insert the email address used for your usser's account and click on Send Instructions button
3. Check the email received and follow the instruction to reset your old password

In order to keep your account safe, you'll need to create a password. While it's easier to use and remember a short password, this can also open the door for serious risks to your account security. Here are a few useful tips and tricks to keep your access protected:

Create a long password

• Passwords that are three characters long take less than a second to crack. Instead, create a password that has at least 8 characters.

Include numbers, symbols, uppercase and lowercase letters

• Make things even harder for the hackers and use uppercase and lowercase letters in combination with numbers and special characters as well.

Avoid using obvious personal information

• Easy to discover information about you should not be used in creating a password. Reference to your birthday, city of birth, your pet's name or anniversary date should be always avoided.

Do not reuse passwords

• Always use unique passwords for each account you have. If one account is compromised then other accounts are at risk as they share the same access credentials.

Use a password manager

• A password manager is a service that auto-generates and stores strong passwords on your behalf. The data is stored in an encrypted, centralized location which you can access with a master password. There are many similar services, both free or paid.

Change your password on a regular basis

• The more often you change your password the safer your information will be. Once changed, avoid using the old password for long periods of time.
